Discover the charm of our cosy house, just a short walk from the beautiful and famous Cala Santanyí beach. This delightful holiday home is perfect for four people or families with children and offers a spacious garden, ideal for relaxing and playing.
Our house is just a 15-minute walk from Cala Santanyí beach and only 3 km from the picturesque town of Santanyí. Here you will find numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, as well as the popular weekly market held every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the charming fishing port of Cala Figuera with its lovely seafront.
The area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Walking and cycling along nearby trails provide stunning views of the coast and the Mediterranean. For water sports enthusiasts, there are several options such as snorkelling, diving, and kayaking directly on Cala Santanyí beach.
Chalet Turó features two cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom, a cosy living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terrace is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Behind the house, there is a barbecue area with another covered terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs. In front of the house, there is a large raised swimming pool (6.50 x 3.10 m) with a spacious terrace and comfortable sun loungers.
New: Air Conditioning
From 18 February 2025, the house is equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge for clients who book from this date. For bookings made before this date, the use of air conditioning will be available for an additional supplement.
The spacious garden offers many possibilities for relaxation and entertainment, whether reading a book in the shade, enjoying a delicious meal near the house, cooling off in the raised pool, or playing football or badminton. Also, discover the nearby natural parks to experience the local flora and fauna. Enjoy your holiday to the fullest and relax in this tranquil and picturesque setting!

This lovely, stone-clad finca can be found on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located far from the road on a plot of approximately 5,000 square meters, completely fenced with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk to the beach of Cala Santanyí.
On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and combi refrigerator and a double bedroom with shower room. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with tub and shower. All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can sleep undisturbed even with windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you look over pine groves and villas to the sea.
The living room on the ground floor opens to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, some olive trees and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently next to the terrace. Around the pool there are sun terraces with enough space for the sun loungers and a beautiful stone-clad outdoor shower.
Only about a kilometer away is the picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera. Also to Santanyí it is only about 4 kilometers. There you will find everything for your daily needs, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Worth a visit is f.e. the Santuari de Sant Salvador Monastery at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view over the island or perhaps the well-attended Sunday market in Felanitx. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador. Do not miss the kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita.
